My name is Aleksandra Nykiel. By profession I am a legal adviser in Poland and a European lawyer in Germany. I am entitled to represent clients before courts and authorities in Germany and Poland.
My specialization is German commercial law, with particular emphasis on corporate law, contract law and tax law. I advise on acquisitions, mergers and divisions of business entities. In addition, I help entrepreneurs to post workers to Germany in accordance with German law and help temporary employment agencies to obtain the appropriate permits. In addition, I support entrepreneurs in tendering procedures in Germany.
I am the author of numerous legal and tax articles published, among others, in the nationwide newspaper “Rzeczpospolita”, MyCompany. Poland and Internet portals. I am also a member of national and international legal organizations.
