My name is Aleksandra Nykiel. I am a qualified attorney-at-law in Poland and an officially registered European lawyer in Germany. I am authorized to represent clients before courts and administrative authorities in both Germany and Poland.
My practice focuses on German and Polish commercial and corporate law, including contract law and international tax law. I provide legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and de-mergers. In addition, I assist employers with the legally compliant posting of workers to Germany and advise temporary employment agencies on obtaining the necessary licenses. I also support Polish businesses participating in public procurement procedures in Germany.
